• You will never be charged again unless you manually choose to purchase another top-up pack.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, send an email to support@quizvid.xyz with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email]" and include:

1. Your registered account email address.
2. Razorpay Payment ID (e.g., pay_... from your dashboard receipt).
3. A brief description of the technical issue encountered.
